No there is about 4 inch gap, he said he will put a gutter up if it does but it’s fine0

If you haven't paid him I think you have the bigger bargaining tool. I would insist he moves it as it is going to cause you maintenance difficulties in the future and possibly lead to a dispute with a neighbour.cazasjohnston said:They classed the back before putting together, I asked if we could move it when he had only done the base and he said it took him 2 hours to level, it’s just on slabs so no ground screws! You also need to think about the fences, being soaking wet all the time in winter means they'll rot pretty quickly.0

If it is within 2 metres of the boundary {which it is) you need planning permission. We have had a few by us do this and it did not come within the permitted development rules.0
