Zopa Savings Account Forgot Password - Reset Email Not Recieved

Has anyone had any trouble recieving the reset password for their Zopa account? I have requested it several times on the app, online chat and phone and recieved nothing. It's fustrating and worrying because if I can't access my Savings account, I won't be able to access my money.

So they read the email address from somewhere, and (mis)typed it somewhere else? Rather than automatically using the one stored in the account details?
