Why is it closed? I can’t see any reason, what is the point of replying to a thread with the aim of helping and there doesn’t seem to be any adverse replies?

I was just about to ask the same thing I was wondering what the criteria were for threads being closed I know if it gets too argumentative then they can be closed but no idea why this one was closed1
