This is what I currently have.
Can anyone recommend todays rough equivalent.

There are still budget machines being produced with the 10th gen i3 processor so in principle you could by almost the identical machine. The current generation is 13 so you could look at any of the intermediary generations if you want a modest step up without going for the latest thing
The rest of the stickers don't tell you anything of interest but personally would look at 8gb of ram and 0.5tb of SSD0 -
