Tk maxx loyalty scheme

I'm just wondering how I can make a complaint or if there is a governing body that regulates the use of loyalty schemes companies use. Basically, having accumulated about 5 in store transactions in TK Maxx over the past month only my online transactions are being counted for their 'Treasure' loyalty scheme. They advertise you will get special keys for each in store and online purchase you make and once you collect 5 keys you can collect a 'treasure'. Admittedly the 'treasure' is pretty pants, usually consisting of 3 or 4 draws you can enter and 1 freebie you cannot claim, but that's not really the point. I have contacted their customer service team several times, yet none of them admit to a problem with recording in store transactions and tell me to manually enter my receipt details on the website, which I have tried several times (and waited 7 days each time for them to be added as they advise) yet they still don't get added. They also tried to give me a 'key code' instead of me entering a recipt but that just errored with 'this is an expired code'. I would leave it and give up bothering but I've now gone too far lol and I have to see this through! I feel they are not playing the game properly and there must be some regulation they need to adhere to, least not false advertising!

    Complaints Procedure
If we get something wrong then we'll work hard to put it right. If you have a complaint it's best to try and resolve it at the time with the store concerned or with our Customer Service team using the contact details above.
In the unlikely event that our Customer Service team are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure you may refer your complaint to The Retail Ombudsman which is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider. We will respond to any complaint referred to us by them.
The Retail Ombudsman no longer exists as an ombudsman as such but its current iteration is https://www.retailadr.org.uk/
