Removing some drive shafts means pulling it out of the gearbox ,once out gearbox oil used to leak unless plugged.droopsnoot said:Yes, I have seen such a tool and it is used on an air compressor. That may be true - I'm basing it on the OP saying it's an Audi A3 which is similar running gear to my own Audi. However I did just notice (when I was checking that I'm in the right thread) that theirs is a much newer car, so it may well be different for them.Ganga said:
