I parked at aldi for a food shop during the lockdown then picked a parcel from another shop. CST law have ow sent me the attached letter. A few debt collection companies have contacted the fine to which I appealed demanding cancellation.

You’ve missed their reference on the top right of the letter and from their payment details on the back of the letter - edit them out.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
Please read the CST Law Group thread. It will tell you how to ignore them. Come back if you receive a court claim. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No different advice needed.
I guess you missed this before posting, when you made sure to read lots of recent threads to check that your question and that laughable letter isn't already on the forum this week:
