    Thanks for that.  :)

Seven days then legal action without warning - LOL!  This is the sort of crap that must stop.

Also, do we see any evidence of 'debt resolution' in the form of any ability whatsoever, to discuss the dispute or make a late appeal, or whether ADR exists?

    No.

Is this a worthwhile buffer against court?

No.  It's "pay up or else" (nothing more).

    Any evidence attached?

    No.

Anything offered except a 'payment plan?

    No. It's expensive BNPL-style 'extortion'.

Does this follow the awful PAP for debt claims?

    No.

Does it even outline the alleged breach?

    No.

Does it break down why a parking charge has morphed without warning, to £160, which is not on the signs and exceeds the BPA PCN ceiling?

    No.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this letter doesn't even say it's about a parking charge!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

CST LAW get more stupid as the days go on and just an extention of the CST LAW GROUP THREAD

Why would you pay Credit Style, a bog standard pointless debt collector who has already been investigated by the SRA ..... requires further investigation

The letter is menacing by threatening you with a CCJ ???
CST LAW are living IN the clouds again because to get a CCJ there has to be a court case, you lose, and do not pay ... Wakey wakey CST LAW
They class themselves as a law firm, surely the head honcho must understand that such letters are rubbish ???   SEEMS NOT

Threats to make you pay ....... WHICH YOU DON'T

CST LAW has added a fake amount of £60 which they fail to explain
    (CEL v Chan)

A further complaint to the SRA IS IN ORDER and your MP should see sight of this threatening menacing letter and to forward it to the Dept of Levelling Up
No doubt Coupon-mad will be doing the same

DO NOT be intimidated by this rubbish..... JUST IGNORE, it's not a Letter of Claim as per the law

Do you, or can you get a picture of the signs

    Thanks for that.

re your last point, it’s the peel centre in Stockport, the signage is different every time I visit.

    Thank you for this.

i presume if they are daft enough to initiate legal action now without the proper LBA we can tell them to stick it up their backsides? The date on the letter is more than 10 days ago, it arrived at 4.30pm today (weds)

    No worries; scam nearly over.

A LBC was fully expected and you know how to respond. See the NEWBIES thread and other CST Law threads at the same stage.
