Virgin & Sky offer their own TV streaming option. I thought why not just use my Google Cast and stream from my iPhone?
The only think I’d miss is that Virgin & Sky will collect all the programs based on my search, ready for me to watch.
Is there an iPhone, iPad app or website that does this too? I can then add my favourite programs, films, subject or actor. The app then list what to watch in one place. I then stream from my channels I already subscribe to.
I can then just pay only for broadband into the house.

Have you looked at Now? (formally Now TV) no contract, can be cheaper than Sky, but doesn't have all the bells and whistles. The likes of Netflix and Prime and Disney+ will make recommendations based on what you watch.0

Thanks Neil, i think I’m not explaining things.
I’m looking for an app that list all channels and subscriptions. Netflix, prime, free TV, NowTV in one app. I say what actor or subject I like it then says which of my chosen channels and subscriptions to find the program or film. I then press a button and google cast onto the TV.Know any app that does that?“…the ‘insatiability doctrine – we spend money we don’t have, on things we don’t need, to make impressions that don’t last, on people we don’t care about.” Professor Tim Jackson

A couple of websites I use to find out where films and series are streaming, and when a new episode is out on a series I watch, are https://www.justwatch.com/uk and https://reelgood.com/
For just finding where things are available you can just use either web-site (I find justwatch better for this), but to keep track of which episodes you have watched, so that you can find out when a new one becomes available, you need to create an account (I use reelgood for this).
P.S. They are both available as apps as well.1 -
