Proposed Change to Comps Boards

I agree . Please no changes until the New Year .  The Advents and Christmas comps will take up all of December.

I like the idea of having all the boards as sub forums. Would need to be in a sensible order and with suitable descriptions.

Would it be possible to have the two stickies from the top of the main board taken from there and made into stickies by them selves?

I don't mind either way but do agree please please no changes until New Year - I am just catching up and clearing the decks ready for the December mayhem!

Honestly I find it confusing to find the up to date competitions board on here? Where can I find it please?

I don't mind scrolling past the sub boards - really isn't any hassle, I don't think there is any need to change that.

A few answers...

• We hear loud and clear! No changes this year.
  We're only suggesting changes because we think they might help. If they make things more difficult we won't change. 

• The order of the boards - I've amended the screenshot in the opening post to more reflect what we have currently here.
  
  
• Breadcrumbs. Much like the current sub-categories behave, you would have a link to the holding category before the category you are in
  
  
  
  
• Search. You will be able to search all the Competitions categories at once by selecting it and using the checkbox, (or just the main Competitions Category if you want)

Thank you for the reply - it eliminates all my worries.

We just need to ensure the category names and straplines are carefully worded to reflect the way we currently use the forum.

That is nothing to do with this thread but last years Advent comps were all cleared many months ago and that board only has new posts for this year.
