What a total disaster, I only used it because I had free home delivery.

    1) 1 hour 15 mins late
    2) Yoghurt broken and returned
    3) Too many carrier bags
    4) No e-mail address to contact them
    5) Sent two wrong products
    6) Given 10 items that weren't mine and only noticed after the van had left, I tried ringing and texting the van. I also rang customer services, the van didn't return. I gave most of the items to my neighbour because I couldn't fit them in my freezer.

I normally order from Tescos and they are usually pretty good but not perfect.

    1) They are never late either slightly early or in the first hour
    2) I have never received anything broken
    3) I can have my shopping delivered without carrier bags
    4) I can e-mail them
    5) Never sent the wrong products
    6) Never given anybody elses order

The only thing that I have had wrong with Tesco is that sometimes items are not in stock.

For all my trouble Asda are only refunding 1 wrong product and giving me the price difference on the other one. Also the yoghurt is to be credited to my account.

The only good thing is the free shopping.
  • I have used both Tesco and Asda Home Delivery and have to say Asda have come out on top in this area.
Very rarely anything out of stock, have always been on time, no damage, with Tesco I found more out of stocks, sometimes they were a bit late.
We love what we are doing and we love why we're doing it!!

Tesco are the same if they give you products which arn't part of your order. They just tell you to keep it and don't charge you.
