Cazoo with finance company

Long story short. Bought car in Jan had a fault. Tried to be fixed in march, didn't fix it. Went in again said it needed a dealer fix. It's now at the Cazoo car centre waiting to be fixed at a dealer garage as I've had 3 appointments cancelled that I tried to organise.
They say it won't be fixed this side of Christmas.
Now I've asked my finance company to look at it and sent them a request for refund that has now gone over the 14 days with only a generic response.
Where do I go now ?
It cost £7500 and I've done 12000 miles on it.
Luckily they have given me a courtesy car after I begged them to. Apparently they don't give out courtesy cars.
I would like.it fixed as I think it's the timing chain which is a costly repair that would.set me up for a few years.
I have a feeling they will give me.significantly less than what I paid. Which means I'll have no car at all.
Any ideas?
They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm currently driving around in a car advertising their services. It's highly embarrassing

EML on when I had it delivered in Jan. Contacted Cazoo the next day. They said they would.fix it. Booked in to be fixed in March. Changed a part, same issue EML.light illuminated. Booked in by Cazoo again with the same garage they told me.it had to go to a main dealer. Got an appointment in May at Citroen garage which was cancelled a.day before it was due in. Was then given an appointment to be fixed 6th September. Cancelled again rebooked for 27th September. MOT expired on 17th September couldn't get it tested as it wouldn't pass. Cazoo then agreed to have the car back to be fixed at their service centre. It was collected on 26th September. Was promised a courtesy car, didn't arrive. I rented a car for a week (still waiting to be reimbursed for that) then had no car for 4 weeks. Cazoo promised me a.courtesy car and when the guy went to get it on 31st October it had already been booked out. They got me a.car from the servicing centre as the delivery guy said he had to give me.something. was told I could have this courtesy car in ntil.my car was fixed. They now want it back. They still don't have my car into a.dealer to be fixed it's still sitting in their car centre car park waiting for an appointment with Citroen. They haven't told.me.whats wrong with it, just that the car centre can't fix it. I suspect it's the timing chain Citroen have had issues with them going before they're supposed to. My son's a mechanic and he diagnosed it from the issues I've had. The diagnostic plug in thing he has says it's the cam sensor. But this was changed and it's still faulty.
I have asked for a refund from cazoo, this has been ignored. I tried to get my finance company to investigate in June when it was taking too long to get a fix. They said to try cazoo again. I took it back to them 3 weeks ago, but cazoo have 8 weeks to respond. I pay £217 a month for a car I don't have.
Where do I go. In order to get a loan car I had to phone them.up every day to try and get one. I just get lied to and bounced around. They can't even get my email correct when I phone up.
Because it's with a finance company I can't just get a refund as it technically belongs to my finance company.
I genuinely don't know where to go or what to do.

for me the finance company is the place to go as they are equally liable under the section 75 legislation. keep chipping away at the supplier if you want to but your main attack should be the finance company

do a proper formal complaint to the finance company and if it is not resolved then I believe you can then go to the financial ombudsman after either eight weeks or if you get a deadlock letter
