Contacted Amazon the call back one.  It took a while for the lady to understand the problem, she put me on hold and spoke to someone else.  The refund went into my account yesterday!!  So they said they will reclaim it.  I am dreading the extra scratching post turning up again.

I ordered 2 bottles of Feliway for our late cat.  Instead of 2 bottles I got 2 packs, there are 12 bottles in a pack.  I tried to contact the seller, one of the firms selling pet things online, and I eventually got a response saying to keep it.  Our cat wouldn’t have used it all unless she lived to a few hundred so I gave it to a pet charity shop.  

It's clear that the cat distribution system is now using cleverer and cleverer ways to do its work! Probably hooked up to AI now.

Did you check the small print? There's always some claws in there about unsolicited goods.
