Amazon, And Returned Item I Did Not Order

So back on 11th October, I decided to order a new cat scratching post. It was due to arrive on Friday 13th. Did wonder as they had their Prime Days and knew very busy. Got an email saying sorry, but it would arrive on Saturday 14th. No problem.
Saturday and Amazon man brings two scratching posts! I explain I ordered only one and paid for one. He said oh they must have cancelled and sent a new one? No, I stated just delayed. Now the extra one had a red label with the bar code on it. So he took it back. Sunday, Amazon deliver again the extra unwanted unordered scratching post. I rush out and explain to a different delivery man the problem. He asked, had I properly cancelled the extra scratching post? No, because I only ordered one and paid for one and got one. He said okay, he would sort it out when he got back to the depot.
Thought if this bloody thing turns up again, I am just keeping it. Lucky did not happen days pass, no extra unordered scratching post. This morning, an email from Amazon about a refund of £21 for the scratching post will be going into my bank account. I have checked bank account and only one scratching post was charged and that one I received.
How, do I get Amazon to understand I ordered one scratching post, paid for one and received the one? I did order this extra phantom scratching post and did not pay for, which they now want to refund me for. I went into Amazon account, and it's showing the one I ordered is being refunded.

You don't speak to the delivery driver but contact them through your account. If you'd done that in the first case they would either have arranged collection or told you to keep it.
"Hello, I ordered one post but have received two."1 -
You just contact Amazon via your account and let them know?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -
Okay, I will phone them.

I know what will happen next.
Amazon will ask the OP to return the post they did order.
(And I'm only half joking...)0 -
So you have one scratching post and a refund? The easiest answer is just to stay quiet and take the free item.0

Think it has been sorted?Contacted Amazon the call back one. It took a while for the lady to understand the problem, she put me on hold and spoke to someone else. The refund went into my account yesterday!! So they said they will reclaim it. I am dreading the extra scratching post turning up again.0

I ordered 2 bottles of Feliway for our late cat. Instead of 2 bottles I got 2 packs, there are 12 bottles in a pack. I tried to contact the seller, one of the firms selling pet things online, and I eventually got a response saying to keep it. Our cat wouldn’t have used it all unless she lived to a few hundred so I gave it to a pet charity shop.1
