How do you see the impact of new bitcoin ETF's being approved soon? Can't help thinking this is the moment that the true wealth transfer occurs as Boomer and Gen X money finally gets put in the pockets of the young. And at the same time the companies running the ETF extort large fees.0

It should be big for the markets.
Blackrock filed for an ETH ETF last week and analysts are expecting decisions in the next few weeks. I think Blackrock has only had 1 recent ETF not pass so people are expecting these to go through at some point.
Which gives some institutions access to the markets that didn't have it before.
If that happens I'd assume a lot of that flow goes through Coinbase as right now the only Blue-Chip publicly listed crypto company. Although the likes of Kraken etc can't be that far behind.
Plus the Halvening will be in April.
How much of this is priced in already not sure, but expecting some potential big rallys in 20240 -
If https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6218458/bitcoin is the one you're referring to, it hasn't been particularly active in recent times (last post in September) but I can't see any evidence of it being shelved as such, so should still be available for posting on?Scottex99 said:Popped in a few months ago and saw the classic original Bitcoin thread had been shelved.
