Question for o2 customers

My o2 account has continued ever since I set it up in about 2008 and hasn't changed other than balance owing which has been £0 for as long as I can remember as I have bought my phones outright and just ran a SIM only contract for a number of years.
I usually upgrade using the O2 refresh option to get the best deal but have stopped in recent months because it suggested they would do a hard credit search, which I don't want.If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing0 -

Customers who are on the newer billing system like the OP is (which everyone is gradually being moved over to in batches) undergo a credit search regardless, albeit a lower pass threshold for sim deals vs device plans obviously.0

CC limits £26000
Long term CC debt £0
Total low rate loan debt £3000
Almost debt free feeling, priceless.
Ex money nightmare, learnt from my mistakes and never going back there again, in control of my finances for the first time in my adult life and it feels amazing.1
