RWG Mobile... no SIM delivered, CS unresponsive

I knew about the Now rebranding as a friend has used RWG in the past (going there was her recommendation, in fact). And as RWG are not the actual provider I can see that for some things there might some sort of "friction". But this doesn't mean that their own, in-house CS has to be as shaky as it apparently is. Calling them is totally futile, so email is the only way to contact them... and at least in my experience this is not really working well.

And while @alanjones60 is perhaps not complaining too much about their not taking his money, what he wrote doesn't sound like they're an efficient, well-run company.

Anyway, I am happy that it all worked out but I would neither recommend them nor use them again. Just my 2p.

I'm afraid if you pay rock bottom prices you tend to get rock bottom service. RWG mean well but ....

I'm a big fan of 1pMobile, cost a bit more but their website is a joy to behold and everything just works.

Sure but alas, you never know before. Others do rock bottom and yet offer a more reasonable CS. Probably I am just expecting too much. Lesson learned.
