Solar batteries user not cloud based

I'm looking to purchase a solar battery around 9kws, I want to store excess solar energy and cheaper rate electricity. I would prefer a system which has a socket so that in a power cut I can plug in an extension lead to the house. I want to maintain control rather than leave it to an app - energy company to make my decisions. I'm being recommended a givenergy 9.5kw battery and 3kw inverter £6000 Any advice or suggestions?

I'd spend the extra on the Givenergy All-in-One. It will run the whole house (up to 6kW) in a power cut. The gateway isolated the house from the grid in milliseconds, so you won't even notice a power cut has occurred.1
