I didn't get a text for a few days and actually saw the money in the global account before the text arrived.

I've done all the steps (mostly on 1st December) and I've received no text and not got any money - has this happened to anyone else?

I would phone them - if you;re lucky they will just agree to pay you. If however they start with the tricks like "these transactions don't  count" or "you didn't apply in time" and you know you have satisfied all the conditions then contact the complaints team on the same phone number - have all relevant dates to hand etc - the process will unfortunately mean your bonus won;t get paid for maybe 2 months but if it does you may also get awarded some compensation. Make it clear to them how much time you have wasted having to sort this out yourself.
