Not that it helps you @14_28elm, but interesting to see the roundel logos for both the BPA and IPC at the foot of that letter.
Debt Recovery Plus are not members if the IPC's Accredited Operator Scheme, so should not be displaying the IPC's Accredited Operator Scheme roundel anywhere.

Worrying that you didn't receive anything from the PPC; is your V5C up-to-date?
