Should I continue with Virgin

My Virgin contract ends in four days, they've offered me £59 for internet and channels. Can I get this or just internet cheaper elsewhere? Can I block payment with bank as I told the girl over phone if it's end of contract?
I have a phone with o2, alongside Virgin, I guess I'll need to cancel that separately.

The service will continue until you give Virgin your 30 days notice and will end at that 30 day point. So don't "block" anything because all that will happen is Virgin will trash your credit record. If you want to stay with Virgin and you think £59 is good that's your decision, but the value of it depends on what packages you have.0
