MSE best savings is now showing Habib Bank Zurich @ 5.75% for 6 month, but when I go to the bank webpage, it is only 5.30 % for 6 month. Seems like the MSE rate is wrong????

Yes, it looks like the account has been withdrawn (or a new issue released with a reduced rate) and the MSE table hasn't been updated yet.

MSE is a free service and as such does not guarantee the accuracy of any info.
