MSE best savings is now showing Habib Bank Zurich @ 5.75% for 6 month, but when I go to the bank webpage, it is only 5.30 % for 6 month. Seems like the MSE rate is wrong????

Yes, it looks like the account has been withdrawn (or a new issue released with a reduced rate) and the MSE table hasn't been updated yet.

I opened a 1 year bond with Habib on the basis of their listing on the MSE website.I was unable to register and view my account, although I followed the instructions in the welcome email I received. So I phoned Habib, and it was explained that it isn't possible to view my account - I would need to send an email each time I needed information. So there is no way of viewing the total in the account, deposits, nor interest accrued. This is wholly unsatisfactory, and I have therefore decided to withdraw the amount I have deposited and to close my account.0

You need a current account with Habib Bank in order to be able to access online banking and see the balance of a fixed rate account.Trackeruser said:I opened a 1 year bond with Habib on the basis of their listing on the MSE website.I was unable to register and view my account, although I followed the instructions in the welcome email I received. So I phoned Habib, and it was explained that it isn't possible to view my account - I would need to send an email each time I needed information. So there is no way of viewing the total in the account, deposits, nor interest accrued. This is wholly unsatisfactory, and I have therefore decided to withdraw the amount I have deposited and to close my account.
