    Its half time at the moment, so the 2nd half of the 2 halves game kicks off in an entirely different venue, from the court you asked for in your N180, as normal in the process ( so dont read too much into the change of venue, its entirely normal and as expected. )

    Of course there won't be a hearing! We hoped you already confidently knew when these discontinuances happen, from reading a few of the 875 links in Umkomaas' thread.

    he small claims track ( hearing) . Attached and also says the hearing will take place in October.

    Waiting for the claim to be struck as not expecting them to pay £27

    At the same time, I had an email from dcb legal to make an offer to conclude this matter. Have not responded to any.

    It won't be struck out. it'll be discontinued before the hearing fee has to be paid by them, so @Umkomaas awaits your NoD picture for his thread!
