You must, absolutely, positively send that response to them. Don't be intimidated just because they have the word "legal" in their company name that they are in any way a real "legal entity". Yes they may employ a solicitor but they are just a firm of intellectually malnourished thugs who act on behalf of the ex-clampers and associated villains who now run the failed private parking scam of an industry.
They are very easy defeated in court by victims who follow the advice given here. They make their money from the many thousands of victims who have no idea how to handle them and by default judgments.
Fear not. A snottogram as advised by @Coupon-mad should be sent and will have no effect on anything that comes after. She is on the DLUHC Steering Committee that is bringing into law the upcoming Private Parking Code of Practice Bill and nows how low these unregulated private parking companies and their equally vile roboclaim solicitors are.1 -
