Can I sell my unwanted return flight ticket?

Hello I am looking to book a one-way overseas flight
Tui, being a package holiday company, do not offer one way tickets on this journey. However Tui offer a handful of fixed return tickets (e.g 7 nights, 14 nights stay) where the outward journey is satisfactory but I have no use for the return journey. These Tui return tickets are cheaper than booking a one way ticket with another airline.
So my question was if it is possible to sell a return leg ticket which I will not use. Is it possible to pay a fee to Tui and change the name of the person on the return leg flight. I know it seems like a bit of a hassle finding a buyer etc...but I was curious to know if it is possible?

Its a return ticket and so likely you can only sell the complete ticket not just one leg1

The simple answer is - No.0

Typically airline tickets aren't transferrable or resalable. If this was allowed then you'd have people buying up loads of tickets when they were cheap and then selling them on later for a profit. Airlines would totally lose control over ticket sales.0

I thought you could sell them as long as you can change the name?0
