Beehive Online Fixed Regular Saver - unable to pay in this month

Hello! I've been unable to transfer money into my Beehive Online Fixed regular saver as it seems to think I've already made the maximum payment this month (there is text stating as much and it doesn't appear in the drop down options as available to pay into from my easy access account.

I've opened an enquiry with Beehive who have managed to confirm that I have not indeed paid anything in in November (:rolls eyes) and suggested logging out then back into the app in the hope of some kind of reset which I have tried but doesn't appear to have helped.

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this issue or if I'm just special. And whether there were any suggestions as to how to get this fixed?!

  • Yes, paid into both of my regular savers on the 1st. Have you tried paying in from an external account instead?
