Isa reward SANTANDER

Hi Santander say they sent my eisa reward on 09th October checked everywhere not received. Rang up said they would send again 21st Nov. Strange we both had same problem. Anyone else?👍

    My sister has been waiting for her email. She opened her ISA in September, but the transfer wasn't until the 7th October when it matured. She was allowing the 30 days which would be today. How long was the 9th October after your switch?

    They reckoned they has sent it but are resending 21st November. The isa xfer took place 04th October.

    Just in case this is useful to either of you - I received the 'ISA switcher reward' email 6 days after the account showed the funds had been received (from the transfer I requested) in online banking.

    There were some pretty strict terms for the eVoucher offer, the most important being that only full ISA transfers of £10k or more qualified, which caught a few people out.

    Be sure to check your spam folders !

    I qualified in all the criteria. They reckon it was sent but it never arrived. Checked everywhere spam, the lot.
