Cost of return under warranty

They are Delsey Chatalet cases. The warranty seems to amount to a Gallic shrug. Returns are at the owner's expense.

I was spending too much time shopping around for a good price. In the end I just used ParcelForce via Parcel Monkey. Insurance was not optional; I could not proceed without paying for it.

There is an old adage that you should never buy anything French that you cannot put in your mouth. The cases don't fit in my mouth. I should not have bought them.
