Is it still possible to negotiate a reduced subscription with a real life person face to face or is it all done via the internet ?
It’s been a while since we did this, but the cost of the full package is getting a bit silly nowadays.
There is a Sky stand in our local shopping centre and Currys - but I am u sure if they exclusively deal with new customers.
Thanks

If you're out of contract phone them up and say you want out.The stand will almost certainly be for new customers, they won't have any access to billing or anything like that.1

BT used to have outlets on the high street and you could def go into those to sort out billing etc (possibly showing my age here)0
