Agreed. That happens to me too. Very annoying. The website has taken to displaying statements as pop-ups that are blocked by Firefox. I allow them, but the same problem occurs the next month. That did not used to happen. I also cannot set a lower limit for contactless payments or turn contactless payments off. Google Pay is not supported either.

Likewise I have noticed changes to the way the statement is handled in the website. I think the new method is an improvement. Previously it was necessary to effectively perform a "print as PDF" function, now it is a simple download. I am also irritated by receiving a "statement is ready" email only to log on and find that it isn't. The statement generation process is underway, in that the transactions associated with the statement can be downloaded, for input to my personal finance software as a QIF file, but the PDF hasn't been generated yet. Barclays have also recently decided to thank me and congratulate me for going "paperless", when I haven't had a paper statement from them since 2015.

Thanks for that. I had previously noted that a simple download did not work. I had also noted that Microsoft print to PDF did not work. I had to use a browser that gave me a "save as file" option when I chose print to pdf.
