Both are maturing and would like a bit of advise as were to deposit the 25k  I would like some access to it Say 2 withdrawals in a year on 1 year deal

A 1 year deal is for 1 year, no withdrawals in that period.

Unsure what you mean about the Loyalty Six account maturing, assuming that's one of the 'both', it's an open-ended easy access account. Do you have the current Loyalty Six Access eSaver 2023 at 5.1%? That could be a good home for your funds plus you could open the Loyalty Regular eSaver 2023 and feed in £500 pcm at 7.0%. Matures 31:08:24 so you could build up £5k in there at the better rate.
