Has Vectone Mobile been hacked!!!

 Regarding Vectone mobile who services suddenly stopped over the last few days, i’m sure you’re already aware of it, but there is no definitive information about what’s actually happened to the company.I’ve been reading reviews on trustpilot, quite a few people had mentioned a man named Farooq who had help them out. When I finally got through to Customer Services, I also spoke to a man named Farooq who told me that I had to send my driving license or my passport details to the support email address on the website which I’ve already emailed previously. When I challenged him regarding sending such sensitive documentation, he said it was necessary for them to identify me, even though I offered to give information about the last calls made from my phone or text received, he insisted that I had to send my driving license or my passport information along with my name and address. When I then challenged him regarding the fact that on trustpilot the only person mentioned, when people said they had been helped by Customer Services was a man named Farooq he disconnected the call. I wondered if you could look into this because this sounds like they’ve been hacked and someone is trying to get peoples very personal information which I’m assuming they could use for nefarious reasons. This is just my take on it, but I don’t want all the people to send their information which could be detrimental to them. I hope I’m wrong but I’m not sending my personal details to them. I’ve had the number for many many years. I would really like the number back but I’m not that desperate that I would send my driving license or passport information to an unknown source.
