I just wanted to provide some successful feedback, huge thanks and record a win for the massive support the forum provides.
Was sent a letter from the judge throwing out the case before a hearing based on the arguments alone without rebuttal.

I can't stress enough again how grateful I am of the wonderful expertise and generosity of this community, so thank you all who help on a daily basis.

Well done, another strikeout for sparse POC.
To the OP, @Mainax, is this to do with: -

If so, it should be on that thread.3 -
Brilliant news.
I wonder what UKPC think about their legal who wastes the courts time with an entirely inadequate claim
The joke is that Yasmin Mia signs these claims as a statement of truth
No doubt as the courts see more and more of this incompetence, DCBL strike outs will become the norm1 -
This is brilliant! Good for Peterborough Court.
We also had the same from Norwich Court a month ago:

Could someone please put these two images in a single document with the other (four?) strike outs from Wakefield, etc., - the ones @_blueberry_ had in their WS - with Chan at the top of the merged (compressed as well) PDF? Needs to be compressed or it'll be too big to email as part of WS bundles.
That would make for a powerful exhibit for WS and possibly to embed into defences at the end (after the signature & date) to convince allocating Judges to follow suit.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Think the other 4 are in the WS by @_blueberry_ and it would be great if someone could create a single PDF exhibit that starts with CEL v Chan (of course, because that's persuasive, being on appeal) then has the others in the same PDF merged - and then compressed to reduce the size.
The Chan case needs all pages to show it's a genuine transcription.
But here's the above one cropped which looks better and takes up less room:

Is it worth mentioning this case too? Where they got spanked for using stock images of signs?

Could you add the new Peterborough one and if it's not too much trouble?
And remove the Exhibit numbering (as it might not be exhibit 1, 2, 3, etc. for many people) and replace the headings to instead say at a glance, which court issued the Order below (one of them doesn't say, but I am sure we can track it back).PRIVATE 'PCN'? Yep, will do but I can only edit if it is a Word doc; I started off with .pngs
ETA_1 - Working on them now.
ETA_2
The two within @_blueberry_'s WS as exhibit 03 & 04 both entitled "another badly pleaded parking claim" are not related to any other judgment. 02 is Wakefield, which is OK and I have done that one, 03 is a fragment not relating to any court, 04 seems to be Manchester.
ETA_3 I have Chan x 4, Norwich x 2, Peterborough x 2, Wakefield x 1. Just waiting for info on the fragments3
