Just take a short video of the meter including a DAB radio showing the date and time and playing a Radio 4 news bulletin.1

To be clear: this will prove that it was filmed no earlier than the broadcast, but not necessarily at the exact time; it's very easy to play an earlier radio segment.Gerry1 said:Just take a short video of the meter including a DAB radio showing the date and time and playing a Radio 4 news bulletin.1 -
You'd have to forge the station ID as well as getting the radio to display a different date and time.Petriix said:

If taking a video, the easiest evidence would probably be to navigate to the display showing the current date on the meter itself (assuming you’ve a smart meter which should have that functionality and keep the date/time correct).Moo…3
