Logon to their website as if you were going to pay (obviously don't!) to check the current status of the charge. Should be able to do that 24/7.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Heard yesterday that our appeal was successful. They seem to be suggesting that my wife entered the reg wrong - our reg ends with letter O so it's vaguely plausible a numeric 0 was entered.Thanks all for your contributions/reassurance3

Good result. It's entirely possible to confuse the 0 and O on a tiny keypad. Did you know that DVLA don't differentiate for VRM registration plate purposes, it's exactly the same digit that's used?bucklb said:Heard yesterday that our appeal was successful.
