Are we in the clear?

Hi
Just had a "notice to keeper" from WorkflowDynamics stating that we parked by the Wrekin (nr Telford) 24/10 between 12:59:16 & 15:58:53 and are subject to a £100 charge.
We were indeed in that car park and have the paper ticket we bought at 13:03, costing £3 and expiring at 16:03 (says on the ticket we paid £3 and expires at 16:03). I've submitted an appeal with a photo of the ticket and a photo of the payment on my credit card statement.
I reckon we can prove we paid for 3 hours parking and by their own statement stayed (very slightly) less than 3 hours so should I be confident that this wont be pursued?
There is also a statement that I can notify the Information Commisioner and/or the DVLA if I believe my data has been used inappropriately. Given I believe we were not parked in breach of the car park T&Cs (their justification for getting my data) would that be something I should follow up?
Cheers
Bob

Is the vehicle's registration mark correct on the ticket?1

it is indeed the correct reg on the ticket. My guess is that the ticket machine details don't get through as quickly as the "pay online" ones would, so they haven't joined things up yet0

That has happened before.
We've seen similar in recent news articles this year. I recall one where I think it was Excel admitted the machine wasn't connecting to the back office system.
And another one where NCP were reportedly not 'taking/accepting' the parking fee paid by card, which later got refunded back on people's cards and then they were sent PCNs instead.
Crap, innit?!
IMHO this sort of rubbish looks like a scam...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What exactly was the reason on the NTK for issuing the PCN?I suspect these things are just churned out by some computer link printed off on a proforma with the address etc filled in and someone just sticks them in an envelope without even looking, the victim then has to do all the leg work for them!Shropshire Wildlife Trust seem to rate Hozah their chosen PPC even though they didn't inform them that they cannot use the F word:
- Part of Hozah’s appeal is their on-going approach to minimising fines (PCNs). All drivers have access to a payment mechanism which is easier, faster and should reduce chances of receiving a PCN and if fined incorrectly, will work to correct the situation. Please contact them directly if you believe you have been incorrectly fined.
- Payment of a PCN will go directly to Hozah and not Shropshire Wildlife Trust. You will support us by paying the parking fee due

Hozah/Workman feature on the forum very infrequently. They do rectify their errors with little fuss. Suggest you write to them enclosing a copy of your P&D ticket. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Thanks for the collective input.
I appealed via their website with a photo of the ticket we bought and a photo of the credit card statement where the payment appears. Is it (potentially) our fault if their payment collectors failed to pass on the details of our payment?
