Hi,  I noticed, a year later, that Opedo have taken a substantial amount of money for automatically renewal. I dispute thus. Surely this is wrong! It is a nightmare trying to contact them. I found an email but surprise surprise no response. What are my legal rights. Has anyone succeed in getting this back? Does anyone have a contact info that does not involve ticket? Help

    Automatic renewal of what exactly?

It seems likely that this won't be Covid-related so will probably end up on a more appropriate board btw....

    • How do I renew my Opodo Prime subscription?
Your Opodo Prime subscription will be automatically renewed, so you don’t have to do anything. It will be renewed using the same payment method you selected when you subscribed. You can manage your payment information in your account settings at any time. For free trial users: if you make a booking during the free trial period, you will be charged the subscription fee when your free trial ends. This will be done using the most recent payment method you used on our site. If you do not wish to subscribe, cancel your free trial before it ends.

How can I cancel my Prime subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go. To cancel, please go to “My Prime account” on the website or the "Profile" tab in the app and follow the instructions. You can cancel anytime.

If you do not cancel before your subscription or free trial period is up, the subscription will be renewed automatically for the annual fee of £59.99, which will be charged to your credit card.

Questions about your legal rights would usually be posted on https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/consumer-rights

More general questions about travel companies, such as contact details, would normally be at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/overseas-holidays-travel-planning

This board is to "Discuss the MoneySaving implications of coronavirus on your travel plans: tests, quarantine and more", which is why it's rarely used now....
