Opodo automatic renewal

Hi, I noticed, a year later, that Opedo have taken a substantial amount of money for automatically renewal. I dispute thus. Surely this is wrong! It is a nightmare trying to contact them. I found an email but surprise surprise no response. What are my legal rights. Has anyone succeed in getting this back? Does anyone have a contact info that does not involve ticket? Help

Automatic renewal of what exactly?
It seems likely that this won't be Covid-related so will probably end up on a more appropriate board btw....0 -

More general questions about travel companies, such as contact details, would normally be at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/overseas-holidays-travel-planning
This board is to "Discuss the MoneySaving implications of coronavirus on your travel plans: tests, quarantine and more", which is why it's rarely used now....1
