DVLA update:
”Good afternoon,Thank you for your email of 02/11, just to let you know I will be investigating this matter with the relevant parking company and will respond to your complaint as soon as these have been completed.
Kind Regards”

Ask them to confirm they will also be investigating the DVLA and the DVLA KADOE department to determine why they sold your personal data without your permission. As the landowner you have a right that your personal data will not be mishandled nor sold to a third party, and the DVLA as data controller has a duty of care to ensure this does not happen. If they refuse or fail to investigate their own failings, then warn them you will escalate it to the ICO.LondonE5 said:DVLA update:

Tell them in no uncertain terms you want your complaint about the DVLA to be investigated as well as your complaint about the unregulated parking company.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Thanks. Is it also worth my forwarding my emails from the previous month to the management company and to P4P explaining it is my space to aid in their investigations?
This would provide a date previous to the DVLA request from the PPC, showing that the PPC proceeded despite having this information.
Obviously the managing agent also had a duty of care in the process too, but chose to allow the PPC to proceed (due to the misguided power trip of the individual working there…).
I also have emails from back in 2018 that I sent to the managing agent (though with another representative) with a copy of the Land Registry TR1, demonstrating ownership.0 -

Many professional managing agents are members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and may also be regulated by RICS. Agents who specialise in looking after retirement developments may also be members of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM).

Absolutely @fisherjim.
The management company in question is a member of Property Redress Scheme. I’d not heard of that one before now. (Normally ARMA is the one I’ve seen).
I have written to Property Redress Scheme.0 -
Irrespective of what the MA and the PPC did, the fundamental problem is that the DVLA sold your date when they had no right to do so.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
