Has anyone ever received an IDMobile voucher via Giftcloud?

Back towards the beginning of the year my wife and I both transferred our mobile contracts to IDMobile attracted by the low monthly cost when factoring in what was then a £50 voucher. After completing the necessary click-through and waiting the 90 days nothing came through. Contacted the email address given at the bottom of the email with the T&Cs three times and never received a response. I then contacted MSE who gave me this link provided by IDMobile when there is an issue with a voucher. Two months later still heard nothing.

I now think it is just a big scam to attract business without paying out but has anyone successfully received a voucher?

    Yes, I received my voucher and so did my partner. Furthermore I also received a second voucher in error due to me chasing it on the day before it arrived and there being a week or so delay before receiving a reply. 
  • Glad that you got your vouchers. Do you mind me asking how you chased as I have emailled and filled in the online form and never heared anything back. It is very frustrating.

    I just emailed the address in my original confirmation email. 
  • On mine that was UK-idmobile@awin.com who I have emailled on three separate occasions and not once received a reply. Is that the same address you emailled?

    I am in same boat, £45 voucher promised when signing up in July (possibly via an MSE link, I forget) and heard nothing since.  I emailed UK-idmobile@awin.com last night and received a response this morning asking me to confirm the order reference number.  I then received the reply pasted below. The reply came from a different email address, I will PM you the details. I must admit, I find the reply a bit odd, the language used is a little dramatic. A simple "We are working with our partner to locate your voucher" would have sufficed. Also, the timescale is given as weeks, so I don't expect to receive it any time soon.

    Hope you are well.

    I have checked our systems and I am afraid to inform you there has been a major delay in locating your voucher. We are looking at new strategies on improving the way we work towards locating overdue vouchers. We understand the frustration towards this matter, and we offer our apologies.

    In the next coming weeks, we will be working towards locating your outstanding voucher with our partner Giftcloud and as a team, we will put our efforts into sending your voucher.

    I've got the same problem. Why does MSE promote these giftcloud if they don't pay the vouchers?
