YBS Christmas Saver Maturity

That is correct. Internal transfers are completed immediately.subjecttocontract said:
Presumably that applies to withdrawals to feeder accounts & not to internal YBS transfers from issue 13 to Loyalty 6 Access accounts ?Bridlington1 said:
I've found withdrawals arrive the day after they are requested so if you request the withdrawal tomorrow it would arrive at some point on 2nd.allegro120 said:I will be closing the issue 13 tomorrow first thing in the morning. Could anyone advise how long it takes for money to arrive? The reason I'm asking - tomorrow is the RS distribution day and I'd rather avoid making extra transactions if I can expect my £3072.86 to be in my feeder bank account tomorrow early enough to distribute it across my existing RSs.3 -
They opened a second Internet Saver Plus for me and transferred the balance of the Xmas Saver into it. I have requested closure of that account and should finally get my money in my current account tomorrow. I am not particularly impressed with this maturity process, and disappointed that they haven’t offered another Xmas Saver but it is what it is0

If they offer another Xmas saver it’s likely to be in the new year just as this one was.friolento said:They opened a second Internet Saver Plus for me and transferred the balance of the Xmas Saver into it. They may do in the New Year. This one started in January. The logic being to save for 10 months then spend it over the next two. Though most on here I suspect will be reallocating it to other savings accounts.friolento said:They opened a second Internet Saver Plus for me and transferred the balance of the Xmas Saver into it. I closed my xmas saver yesterday to an external account, the day before it was to convert over to Internet Saver, and I've now got the payment with the interest and with no charges, so looks like the previous Loyalty Regular Saver maturity issue is gone.2

So far so good. The withdrawal amount I requested successfully arrived in my current account this morning.fabsaver said:

The interest was 'added' 10 days ago and should be left there until they move it otherwise you might run into problems as others have done previously.Aidanmc said:The interest has been added today.Do YBS automatically transfer it to savings account now?
I'll report back on any problems I encounter with the money arriving in my current account or the remaining £1 being transferred.
The remaining £1 was still in the account. Rather than transferring it to my existing Internet Saver Plus Issue 13 it looks like they renamed the Christmas Saver account into a second Internet Saver Plus Issue 13.
I've requested closure of the account this morning, to get my remaining £1. The process kicked me out of the site and sent me to a site unavailable page, even when I tried to log back in. That's pretty par for the course with YBS. I've received a confirmation email for the closure request, so hopefully the remaining £1 will arrive tomorrow.

I usually donate such small amounts to charities. If you can, you should try it, it'll make you feel good about yourself.0
