Volotea Agreed compensation but not paid me it & it's been 11 weeks now.

Hey everyone! I am hoping for some help please.

I flew with Volotea Mykonos to Athens on August Wednesday 15th August. I was going to a football match I am from Manchester. The flight was delayed for 3.5 hours we was sat on the plane this whole time due to an engine fault. 

Volotea on August 21st offered me 250 euros per passenger so 500 euros total, I accepted and inputted my bank details as requested. They stated 6 weeks for payout, nothing arrived I contacted them on facebook as they said this was the best route of contact they said no it's 8 weeks. Nothing turned up. They are now ignoring me when we last spoke they wouldnt give me a direct email or number for the claims department.

Any idea on what I should do next? Has anyone had troubles with Volotea before themselves?
