  • Ah, ok. Thank you for clarifying! What a minefield eh!? So I guess I'll appeal to POPLA, stating that the documents were not sent out to prove who the driver was. Ill omit actually stating PoFA, but will imply it is valid. Heres hoping it gets cancelled!

Like I said, you don't have to write anything from scratch: just copy any 2023 NTH POPLA appeal.

This is no different than any recent NTH one, as long as you don't mention the town/location, which you don't have to in a POPLA appeal.

Well done. But you won't get any confirmation from UKPC. It will cost them a stamp, and they don't do anything that costs them. You're not dealing with John Lewis or M&S. Best you can do is check the current status of the charge on UKPC's website. Take screenshots and keep for posterity.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
