    Ive sent off my witness statement to the email address below. 

    enquiries.centrallondon.countycourt@justice.gov.uk

    Should I get a receipt or something as I havent got anything and am worried if its got to the right department.

    I attended, they didnt, so he struck the claim out. I dint ask for costs as couldnt be bothered.

    As long as they don't find a way round it by saying they were not informed of the hearing date (but if they sent a WS bundle then they were informed)!

    They sent a witness bundle alright. The judge said what a very thorough and strong defence. On these grounds I am going to strike the claim out
