Do i file my WS to the CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk email address?
Definitely not, that address was retired months ago, besides which they transferred the case to the local court that you nominated on the DQ form months ago

Your court order from your local court tells you what you should do and gives a deadline too

So it goes to the local court plus to Gladstones

I cannot find the letter from the court. I should be attending at The Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand on August 6th. My local court was Dartford.

Bad idea to misplace important paperwork from government departments , you definitely had it a month ago

Phone the court and ask for a copy to be emailed over

Sounds like they moved your nominated court to the RCJ , in which case check their website for details on submitting the WS, which is probably where you need to email it to, also email a copy to Gladstones

You were sent a letter telling you when and where to send your Witness Statement and evidence.

Are you saying you have lost that information?

If so, you better get it replaced pdq.

OK found the letter. it just says "each party must deliver to the other p[arty and to the court office copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing n o later than fourteen days before the hearing" so I guess i should email it RCJ directly

Correct, if they are the court that sent it

Check their website if the details are not on the court order

Personally I would suggest that people take photos of the important letters, like claim forms and court orders

I guess you found that email address on this page...
    www.judiciary.uk/about-the-judiciary/international/contacts-and-enquiries/
The first sentence on that page says...
Those interested in engaging with the judiciary on an international basis should make an approach through the International Team of the Judicial Office.
If that matches your situation, then you are right.
But I think you might be mistaken.

wrong email as the case is actually being heard by the central London county court who just happens to be sitting at the RCJ
    enquiries.centrallondon.countycourt@justice.gov.uk is the correct one
