This is my first year buying any substantial amount of smokeless ovoids - I only ever bought a couple of bags at a time, but I've currently just got a load of bags stacked in the shed and it's a bit of a pain to restock... hence the thread: can anyone recommend a decent looking decent quality bunker for in the garden? Or ones to avoid?
Say 200-250kg capacity.
I also wouldn't mind a recommendation for a decent hod (I'm currently using my spare garden bucket) and ash carrier

I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.

I would avoid the thin galvanised metal type bunkers.
We have one and it hasn't been great. Very thing galvanising and the lid and two of the sides started rusting within a few years.
I think if i was buying again I would look at something more substantial. Perhaps like the one above or the moulded plastic types. Although I have no experience of the plastic types so I am not sure how robust they are either.1
