Then you have some other problem as 20mbps is more than enough for Zoom and someone streaming Netflix a 4k.

I would be getting Sky to do a line check as there shouldn't be enought contention at the exchange to drop the throughput by nearly 50%.

I have now got starlink activated today, got a deal from Costco 2 month free ... working very well giving download speed of 150 so I am quite happy

You need to look at QoS (quality of service) and/or traffic prioritisation on your router so your connection is less impacted by other users streaming films.
