Are all these readings shown on your bill as Actual, or are some of them Estimates?

Do you have readings between Nov 22 and Jul 23? That seems to be where the problem has arisen with the night meter.

So Jan 22, October 22 are both actual meter readings listed as "our read" on the bill. In between I have monthly estimates.

Then July 23 is listed as a customer reading (although I never gave this reading, I live in an apartment building so I assume they have access to check as with the "our reads").

Then the final October reading is my own reading which I sent in.

Got an email off EDF earlier after following up with them. It turns out it was a billing anomaly and the account is now in credit. Thanks for the replies.
