Help please - Flight delay claim from TAP

Can anyone help regarding a claim on TAP.

I submitted a claim for a flight that was delayed for 3,1/2 hours on 19/09/23 and as yet, haven't heard anything other that the automated response giving me a reference No & saying it's under review.
For information - There was 2 people travelling in the party & I have asked for them to process the claim for both people.
Has anyone got experience of going through the process with TAP who could guide me, IE - What steps should I take & at what date intervals?
I'm guessing they'll drag their feet & make it as difficult as possible.

Thanks in advance,

TAP are known for delaying payments, so they will take as long as you let them. At 8 weeks I would send them a reminder and if nothing happens, consider using an ADR scheme, for TAP it is Aviation ADR, although reports suggest they are pretty slow as well! Do you know the reason for the delay as not all delays give rise to claims?
