Mobile online voucher (for top-up of Three.co.uk)
Is there a site where I can buy a online 16 digit top up voucher to be given to a friend abroad? I know its possible to register a PAYG number online with Three.co.uk and then top it up, but I am looking to buy the voucher without using the number (which I dont even know).
