I posted on here yesterday about an unfair parking charge whilst parking in a Morrisons car park in Ayr, Scotland and I don't know how to access any information I was offered as it was my first time on this site and I find it most confusing. I was 13 minutes over the time allowed but I was displaying 2 blue badges, mine and my disabled daughters. We had finished shopping and because of our disabilities we needed to rest before starting our 25 mile homeward journey and we both needed the toilet. Can anyone offer any help please? Thank you.1

I posted on here yesterday about an unfair parking charge whilst parking in a Morrisons car park in Ayr, ScotlandAs well as all the advice on retailer cancellation and defending because you and your daughter are disabled you will be pleased to know that if you live in Scotland where the alleged breach took place you can ignore. The law is currently different in Scotland and they will not take you to Court for 1 PCN. They may send threatening debt letters but you can ignore and eventually they will give up.
To make it go away quicker complain as advised to Morrisons.5 -

You will never pay this. It is sad and surprising that several posters on the other forum board wrongly told you to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This makes for horrible reading 😔 my commercial lawyer father always maintained that basic legal education should be mandatory, and once again the reasons why are borne out5

As well as the (correct) advice you have now received, remember not to reveal the driver in any correspondence.sheilah199 said:I posted on here yesterday about an unfair parking charge whilst parking in a Morrisons car park in Ayr, Scotland and I don't know how to access any information I was offered as it was my first time on this site and I find it most confusing.
